Join Hickory Crew - Anytime
New to rowing or looking for a fresh start? You can join us year-round. Our Summer Camp is a fun, low-pressure way to “dip your toe in the water,” and we also welcome new members throughout the school year, no experience required.​

Who Can Join
Students in grades 7–12 from any school district (public, private, or homeschool) are eligible as long as your school does not have a rowing team associated with it.

Practice Schedule
We train Monday–Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings, for approximately 2 hour sessions. Schedules adjust depending on the seasons.

What Happens after you join?
Once you finish the registration forms, our coaching staff and board of directors will guide you with all the resources you need for scheduling, dues payment, uniforms, and everything else that comes with joining our fantastic team! You're embarking on an incredible journey full of new adventures, and we’ll support you every step of the way!

I ENJOY THE TEAMWORK, BECAUSE WITHOUT TEAMWORK YOU WIL NOT GET ANYWHERE IN THIS SPORT ON OR OFF THE WATER. I THINK OTHERS SHOULD JOIN FOR THE DISCIPLINE, EXERCISE, AND OVERALL FUN OF THE SPORT.

WHAT I ENJOY MOST ABOUT CREW IS THE TEAMWORK ON THE BOAT. EVERYONE HAS THAT TRUST IN EACH OTHER BECAUSE EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO THEIR BEST FOR THE BOAT TO FUNCTION. I THINK OTHERS SHOULD JOIN BECASUE IT'S A TOUGH SPORT THAT EMPHASIZES TEAMORK AND A GOOD MENTALITY.
